or, How To Make It Happen. Did It Happen Yet?
Did you write today? Did you post?
Good. You’ve got discipline.
If you didn’t, it’s not the end of the world.
That’s tomorrow. Or do a quick one, then check next week to see if your post drifts down to the ‘one view’ list on your wordpress Jetpack analytics.
I see too many one views on my list, but not today. Two posts today and both rose to the top of Most Read in the sidebar.
The leader is Portland Is Better Because….? a take off on a reprinted post that explains Portland from a SoCal perspective.
Why not Portland from a Portland perspective, or at least a suburban view?
Second place goes to Ben, It’s Me, Dave, my continuing stalk of Ben Affleck to read my script and take his rightful place in the pantheon of Hollywood greats.
Not to digress, but my script is a game-changer in the War in the Pacific genre.
Foes from both sides look for conquest and take it where they find it. The young couple at the center of Flying Hone find a different victory and change the world.
Third place goes to NW Boomer Writing Process with a picture of Stephen King since he re-tweeted me.
It’s surging from last week, so this is a surprise.
The best comment came from my museum buddy on facebook. I didn’t have the heart to tell him to sign up on boomerpdx.com and leave his comments here.
He’s a good writer and good company.
But is he a blogger? Maybe a secret blogger. How about you?
If your blogging success depends on the number of random hits, or SEO, you’ve got a problem.
If someone told you an incredible story, you’d tell everyone you know.
It’s not white hat SEO or black hat SEO. It’s a great story you can’t stop telling.
You can’t buy that. It’s the post you want to write.
