AWARD WINNING BLOGGER’S LOST AND FOUND

award winning

“Award Winning” is a resume builder.

Even if you win in 1964?

As a fourth grader?

It’s good to get an early start at winning to build momentum for later in life, like fifth grade.

First Place in a fire prevention contest set the stage.

“There once was a boy named Patches,
who laughed when he played with matches,
His laughed turned to a frown,
when he burned his house down,
And now he has nothing but ashes”

I found my award winning ‘Citation Of Merit’ from the North Bend Fire Department and hung it on my Wall of Fame.

When you think about getting rid of clutter for someone else and find something like this, put it aside.

Lost And Found Blogger News

You have things you could never part with?

Who doesn’t. Then you can’t find your stuff after a move, a cleaning, a pick up your things moment of inspiration.

Then what? Either replace or forget about it.

If you search blogs for the right thing to do, welcome in.

Losing track of things happen in our busy world, but good luck replacing an award winning acknowledgment from 1964.

I’ll do the math: it’s a long time ago.

If you even bother to look for missing memorabilia you’re missing an important point:

You’ve got stuff attached to you that you can’t shake.

Most recently I looked for and didn’t find the sunglasses I was forced to buy.

Couldn’t find the best shades for a trip to the sunniest place I’ve ever been. Instead, I was stuck with a pair with scratched lenses and dog chewed temples.

Very stylish.

Why not buy a new pair? The award winning blogger says if you can’t take care of new stuff, stick with the old until you grow up.

Luckily I have a grown up wife who knows how to do things, like find the sunglasses I’d given up on.

She made me very happy since I secretly blamed her for losing them.

I only told one person my secret. Her. We shared a good laugh when they showed up.

What You Never Lose

AWARD WINNING

While I was a young child my family took a trip to Disneyland.

It was the happiest place in the world as advertised.

While I was there I bought a souvenir at Pirates of the Caribbean, a coin called a Piece of Eight.

Now I learn they are ‘vintage.’

I’ve had my coin most of my life and it never gets lost.

In fact, it attracts other coins like it.

What’s it mean when you lose things you care about, or think you care about, and other stuff sticks around?

Award Winning Time

There’s nothing better than finding things you’re not looking for, then realize you can’t live without.

Am I talking about a coin, or wife and kids?

I wasn’t looking for a wife and still found one. We found each other to be fair.

After that, we found our kids.

Or they found us.

Did I want to be found? I always want to be found just to see what’s rolling around out there with me.

Three of the biggest awards I’ve ever had right there, but they don’t like being included here so you’ll have to take my word on them.

Now we’re two years into the next phase of being an award winning blogger and it includes this:

AWARD WINNING

We all know what this means?

Any questions?
