Part of the fun of 4th of July in Portland is the Portland flag hunt.

You can do it anywhere in the city, but walking along the waterfront is the best viewing.

How many can you count between the Burnside and Hawthorne bridges? Leave the count and locations in comments.

Of course a drone shot would be spectacular, but a long lens works too.

After that they look it up and discover it’s not the whole ship and that other parts are scattered around town.

As much as we love independence, the same flag flies over all America.
